These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services provided in connection with the Cloud Bet section of the website cloyd.bet (the "Website"). These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 (the "Effective Date") and replace any previous version relating to Cloud Bet.
The Website is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao and entered in the commercial register of Curaçao under registration number 151622 (with some historic records also referring to registration number 151562). Important notice for residents of the United Kingdom: cloyd.bet is licensed and regulated by the authorities of Curaçao under Curaçao eGaming Master License no. 1668/JAZ and is not licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain, is not part of GamStop and does not offer any UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") service. The gambling services described in these Terms are not offered to persons located in, residing in, or otherwise subject to the gambling laws of the United Kingdom. If you are in the United Kingdom, you must not register, deposit, place bets or otherwise use the Website's real-money gambling services.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: Only individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age of majority in their country of residence) may register an Account and use the gambling services.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: You may not open an Account or place Bets if you are located in, resident in, or otherwise subject to the laws of a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom. The Operator may use IP address checks, geolocation tools, payment method checks and other means to identify your location.
- Single account rule: Each Player may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts, including those created using different email addresses or identification details, are prohibited and may be closed, with Bets voided and Bonuses cancelled.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website, providing a valid email address, creating a secure password and, where requested, providing personal details such as your full name, date of birth, country of residence and contact information.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a verification link sent to the address you provide. Until verification is completed, access to certain features (including deposits, Bonuses and Withdrawals) may be limited.
- KYC and AML: Before allowing Deposits, Bets or Withdrawals, and at any time thereafter, the Operator may require KYC documents, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of income or source of funds, and copies of payment method instruments. These checks are carried out in accordance with the Operator's AML/KYC Policy and Curaçao AML/CTF requirements.
User Obligations and Security
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration and KYC information is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information, including regarding your age, identity or country of residence (for example, claiming not to be in the United Kingdom when you are), constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
- Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your Account or password with any third party. Any Bet placed or transaction made using your credentials will be deemed to have been made by you.
- Account security: You must notify the Operator immediately via support@cloyd.bet or the Website's live chat if you suspect that your Account has been compromised. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, the Operator will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access.
- Right to refuse or close: The Operator reserves the right to reject any registration, suspend or close any Account, and withhold or void Bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that (i) the Player is underage; (ii) the Player is in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom; (iii) the Account is linked to fraud, collusion, money laundering or other unlawful activity; or (iv) these Terms or any applicable policy have been breached.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Stake limits: Each Game or market may be subject to minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are set out on the Game interface or bet slip and may be changed at any time at the Operator's discretion.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted when it is recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. If no such record exists or a technical failure occurs before acceptance, the Bet is invalid and will be treated as not placed.
- Odds and results: For sports and esports betting, odds are subject to change until the Bet is accepted. Settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. For casino and live casino Games, results are determined by random number generator ("RNG") software or live game outcomes as provided by licensed third-party game providers.
Modification, Cancellation and Void Bets
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot amend or cancel it, except where the specific Game rules explicitly allow cancellation or cash-out before an event starts or while it is live.
- Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may declare a Bet void (and return the stake) where (i) a Bet was accepted after an event had started and the market should have been closed; (ii) obvious errors in odds, lines or Game rules are detected; (iii) the outcome has been influenced by cheating, collusion or other integrity breaches; or (iv) technical faults or human errors materially affect the fairness or accuracy of the Bet.
- Malfunctions: In the event of a Game malfunction or system failure, all affected Bets may be voided. Malfunctions of hardware or software (including RNG failures) render Bet outcomes and payouts null and void. The Operator will use reasonable efforts to restore affected balances to their state immediately before the malfunction.
Conduct and Fair Play
- Prohibited conduct: You must not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of bugs or glitches, or any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Operator.
- Live casino and chat rules: Where chat functions are provided (for example in live casino tables), you must not post content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate. Harassment, abuse, spamming and advertising are strictly prohibited.
- Responsible gambling: The Operator supports responsible gambling. Information about setting limits and self-exclusion is available on the Responsible Gaming page. However, as cloyd.bet is not part of GamStop and is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, UK-specific self-exclusion tools do not apply.
- Consequences of breach: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have violated this section, it may (i) suspend or close your Account; (ii) void or withhold Bets and winnings; (iii) report suspicious activity to relevant authorities or regulators; and (iv) retain funds where required for AML/CTF or other legal purposes.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at the Operator's discretion, subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Bonuses are not available to Players located in or residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom.
- Activation: A Bonus may require a minimum Deposit, the entry of a bonus code, or manual opt-in through the promotions page. The applicable conditions, including any maximum bonus amount and time limits, will be displayed with the promotion.
- One promotion at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any time. The Operator may prohibit combining multiple promotions on the same Deposit or Bet.
Wagering Requirements and Restrictions
- Wagering requirements: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a 100% match Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on the Bonus amount means you must wager the Bonus amount 30 times before withdrawing any associated winnings. The exact multiplier and conditions will be stated in the relevant promotion.
- Game contribution: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering. Typically, slots may contribute 100%, while table games, video poker, live casino and certain low-risk bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. The applicable contribution rates are set out in the promotion-specific terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the time period specified in the promotion (for example, within 7, 14 or 30 days from activation). If the time limit expires, the Bonus and any unpaid Bonus winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Bonus Practices
- Abuse and irregular play: Practices considered Bonus abuse include, without limitation: placing low-risk or hedge bets, equal covering of outcomes, colluding with other Players, using multiple Accounts, or intentionally delaying game rounds to benefit from promotions.
- Maximum bet: A maximum Bet per spin, round or hand may apply when wagering an active Bonus (for example, a fixed monetary limit or a percentage of the Bonus amount). Exceeding the maximum Bet may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
- Right to cancel: The Operator reserves the right to refuse, withhold, cancel or withdraw any Bonus or promotion (or winnings derived therefrom) where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, technical exploitation, or breach of these Terms or the specific promotion rules.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator may support a range of payment methods, including payment cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and, where available, virtual currencies such as cryptocurrencies. The methods available to you will depend on your jurisdiction and may change from time to time.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment instruments is prohibited and may result in the voiding of Deposits, Bets and winnings.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum Deposit amounts and any applicable fees will be displayed in the cashier section. The Operator does not guarantee that your bank, card issuer or payment provider will not charge additional fees or apply currency conversion charges.
Withdrawals
- Verification requirement: Withdrawals are subject to prior successful completion of KYC checks and any additional AML/CTF procedures. The Operator may request updated documents at any time, including for subsequent Withdrawals.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process Withdrawal requests as soon as reasonably practicable, typically within a commercially reasonable period (for example, within 24-72 hours) once all required verifications have been completed. Actual receipt of funds may depend on third-party payment providers and banking systems.
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for Deposits. The Operator may offer alternative methods where the original method does not support Withdrawals.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum Withdrawal amounts, as well as any fees charged by the Operator, will be set out in the cashier section. External providers may also apply fees or conversion charges, which are outside the Operator's control.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals
- Refund policy: Once a Deposit has been used to place Bets, it will generally not be refundable. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests where no Bets have been placed and no Bonus has been activated, subject to AML/CTF checks.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may (i) suspend or close your Account; (ii) void Bets and winnings; (iii) recover any costs incurred; and (iv) report the incident to relevant authorities, payment providers or credit agencies.
- Bonus funds: If a Deposit associated with a Bonus is refunded or reversed, the Operator may cancel the corresponding Bonus and any winnings that depend on it.
Important financial protection notice for UK residents: Because cloyd.bet is licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, funds you deposit are not protected by the UK's client money rules and are not covered by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Residents of the United Kingdom are not permitted to deposit or wager on the Website.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Service provision: The Operator will provide the Website and Games with reasonable skill and care, taking appropriate measures to maintain fairness, integrity and security in accordance with its Curaçao licensing obligations.
- Game integrity: Games are provided by licensed third-party suppliers using RNGs or live game systems designed to ensure random and unbiased outcomes. The Operator may rely on the records of these systems as conclusive evidence of the outcome of any Game or Bet.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Website (such as odds, balances and transaction histories) is accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and the Operator reserves the right to correct obvious errors without liability beyond the correction of the affected Bets or balances.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, failures or malfunctions of hardware, software, networks, the internet or third-party services, provided that such issues are outside the Operator's reasonable control.
- Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website.
- Liability cap: The Operator's total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents, will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction giving rise to the claim; or (ii) the amount of funds in your Account at the time of the incident, provided that such amounts are not subject to any breach of these Terms.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- UK-specific note: The Operator has no corporate presence, assets or licence in the United Kingdom and does not direct its gambling offer to UK residents. Any access by UK residents contrary to these Terms is at their own risk and may be unlawful under UK law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video), software, databases and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
- Brand usage: The Cloud Bet brand and all associated logos, trade names and marks are used exclusively in connection with cloyd.bet. References to Cloud Bet are solely for identifying the relevant segment of the Website and do not grant any licence to Users.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
- Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its software without the prior written consent of the Operator.
- Third-party content: Games and other content provided by third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used by the Operator under licence. You acquire no rights in such content other than the limited licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
General Principles
- Privacy Policy: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
- Data controller: Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Website, within the meaning of applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates.
- Security: The Operator implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and the Operator cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Rights and Jurisdictional Considerations
- Data subject rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Requests may be submitted via support@cloyd.bet.
- UK-related note: The Website does not target residents of the United Kingdom for gambling services. If you are in the UK, you should not register or submit personal data for gambling purposes. Any incidental processing of data relating to UK visitors will still be handled in line with high-level privacy standards, but the Operator is not supervised by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to Terms
Updates and Notifications
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms, or any policies referenced within them, from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, regulatory guidance, technical developments, product offerings or internal policies.
- Notification methods: Material changes will be communicated by one or more of the following methods: (i) publishing the updated Terms on the Website at https://cloyd.bet/en/terms-and-conditions/; (ii) displaying a prominent banner or pop-up on the Website; or (iii) sending an email to the address registered to your Account.
- Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise required by law or regulation, changes will take effect on the date specified in the updated Terms. Continued use of the Website after that date will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your Account and request Withdrawal of any remaining funds (subject to KYC checks and these Terms).
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account and/or void Bets where it reasonably believes that: (i) you have breached these Terms or any Game-specific rules; (ii) you are underage or have provided false information; (iii) you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom; (iv) your Account is associated with fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; or (v) required KYC/AML checks cannot be completed satisfactorily.
- Immediate suspension: In urgent cases, including suspected fraud, collusion, technical manipulation or security threats, the Operator may suspend your Account without prior notice while it investigates.
- Notification: Where legally and practically possible, the Operator will inform you of the reasons for suspension or closure via email to your registered address or via an on-site message.
Consequences of Termination
- Balances on termination: If your Account is closed for reasons other than fraud, AML/CTF concerns or serious breach of these Terms, the Operator will pay you the remaining real-money balance (excluding any Bonuses or associated winnings) by an agreed Withdrawal method, subject to KYC checks.
- Forfeiture: Where the Account is closed due to fraud, AML/CTF suspicions, chargebacks, misuse of Bonuses or serious breach of these Terms, funds may be frozen or forfeited, and the Operator may report the matter to relevant authorities.
- Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: If you request self-exclusion via the mechanisms described in the Responsible Gaming page, your Account will be closed or restricted in accordance with that policy. However, as the Operator is not part of GamStop, UK self-exclusion schemes do not automatically apply.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Governing law: These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence if you are lawfully entitled to use the services.
